Corrections Policy
Last updated: 2026-10-10
Our commitment
We correct verified errors promptly and openly. Accuracy matters more than appearing never to have been wrong.
How to report an error
Use the contact form, name the page address, quote the text that is wrong and, if you can, give a source for the correct information. Reports that include a source are resolved fastest.
How we respond
We acknowledge reports and aim to review them within five working days. If the report is valid we correct the page, update the "last updated" date and, for significant changes, add a note describing what changed. If we decide not to change the page, we explain why where we can.
Types of correction
Minor corrections such as typos, broken links and formatting are made without a note. Substantive corrections that change meaning, a fact, a recommendation or a credit are recorded on the page.
Outdated material
Software, regulations and institutional details change. Pages that depend on them carry a date, and we review them periodically. Please tell us when you find something that is no longer current.
Removal requests
If you believe material infringes your rights or contains personal data that should not be published, contact us through the form and we will review it promptly under our terms and privacy policy.
